Meet The Owners: Jasma & Layla B

We are mother and daughter. It is only us two. The love we have for one another is beyond unbelievable. Having children motivates you to become better and it gives you strength as well. Not every battle is easy and not all of them are hard to handle. We must learn how to move around all the hurdles and keep on running with success. Having someone looking up to you every day is a blessing. It puts more fire under your flame. Not to mention the fellow friends and associates you hang around on a daily basis. We get frustrated, we get unmotivated, and discouraged. It is ok, we just have to snap out of it and focus on the prize at hand. The prize is our futures. God works in mysterious ways and the way he seen our future, it was to build our Boutique together. Just about once a week, we dress similar to one another. Either the same style, color, or theme. We got so many compliments that I decided after I graduate with my Bachelor’s degree, I would open her a store. As she grows older, I want her to understand the struggle, fight to keep her name, and future business intact. This business will be fully hers one day and she would use it to raise her family as well. Be your child’s motivation. These are my goals and I am living them. Having something to pass down to our children in the future is the main goal. We as parents want a better life for our children, always. 🫶🏼

Entrepreneur Business Woman | Age 33. I had my daughter at the age of 27. I went back to college for a Business Degree. From there I started an Online Boutique. While I spend day in and day out working from my own pockets to fund my Boutique, I remain humble with extra faith. I feel like it is not always about money. I offer free help and assistance. My little princess is such a Diva. She's now in kindergarten and for summer break she will then start her Dance Class. Layla loves Music, dancing, and singing. She enjoys company, playing at the park, conversating, and smiling. She shows off her pretty teeth. My little Diva is a little star. Her Birthday is coming up and she is excited as all kids should be. Life of the party, outspoken, outgoing, bundle of joy. I am so thankful for her personality. She makes my bad days turn good. My life has been a dream... Everyday I am reminded of how my heart aches of pain from the lost of my two brothers & father. They left me back to back to back... My heart always feels incomplete. I am always looking for love.. There's always this void in my life... At night I dream about them and it keeps me up.. All of the thoughts of what could have been and all the new memories we could have made... Life is too short.. What a life to take & bonds that broke away... They were all my protectors. They never let harm come our way. We are well respected because of them. When I say we, I say my family. They made sure we all were ok and never needed anything. My life back then, consisted of them EVERYDAY. Not one day that went by without me seeing at least one of them. Even tho its been years, it still feels like yesterday.
